Is Jesus what I'm
Yes. When God created man, he made us for relationship with Him. In that relationship He wanted to lavish His love on us and supply our deepest needs of belonging, significance, and contentment.
Sin separates us from a holy God.
Romans 3:23 says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
Even the best of us are not perfect. But Jesus came to this earth to pay the price for our sins so that relationship could be restored.
John 3:16-17 says: "For God so loved the world that He gave his only Son so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. For god did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him."
Ephesians 2:8-9 says, "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is a gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast."
Dear Friend, It is no accident that you came across this site. God is calling to you. Would you like to begin a personal relationship with the one who loves you like no one else ever could? The one who gave His life to reclaim relationship with you is waiting. He won't force you but He longs for you to call out to Him.
Just talk to Him. That is called prayer. You can pray your heart to Him and if you want to ask Him into your heart, you can say, "Jesus, I believe you died for my sins and I confess that I am a sinner. Please forgive me. I surrender my life to You. Come into my heart. In the name of Jesus I pray, Amen.
If you pray this prayer, God is faithful to answer it. I would love to know if you prayed this prayer and that you are now my sister or brother in Christ. I am so happy and look forward to hearing from you! Be Quenched, Bobbie
